Terms of Service

These terms cover services provided by King Moves Only LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating in Tampa, FL, and your use of kmodynasty.com.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are what previous jobs actually cost. They are examples, not offers. Your price depends on your vehicle, the parts it needs, and what the job turns out to involve once it is opened up. You will be given a quote before work begins, and if the job changes once underway, you will be told before additional work happens.

Payment

Payment for mechanic and notary services is due on completion. We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay. No deposit is required to book.

Parts

Parts we supply carry whatever warranty the manufacturer or supplier provides — no more and no less. If you supply your own parts, we cannot warrant them or the labor performed on them.

Access and safety

Mobile service requires a safe, legal, reasonably level place to work. We may decline or stop a job if the location is unsafe, if a landlord or HOA prohibits the work, or if the repair genuinely requires a lift or equipment that cannot be brought to you. If we cannot safely do the job, we will tell you rather than attempt it.

Diagnostics

A diagnostic is a service in itself and is billable whether or not you proceed with the repair. You keep the findings either way.

Notary services

Notary services are performed by a commissioned Florida notary public under Chapter 117, Florida Statutes. The fee for each notarial act is capped at $10.00 by Fla. Stat. § 117.05(2)(a). Any travel fee is separate from the notarial fee and is agreed with you in advance. A notary public is not an attorney, may not give legal advice, and may not prepare legal documents for you. A notarization may be lawfully refused where the signer lacks proper identification, does not appear to understand the document, or appears to be acting under duress.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may mean we decline future bookings.

Apparel orders

Apparel purchases are handled through Stripe and are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions of your vehicle, for failures unrelated to the work performed, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost wages or towing arranged by others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
