This policy explains what King Moves Only LLC(“KMO”, “we”) does with information you submit through kmodynasty.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, vehicle, the service you selected, and any description you add.
• Drop notifications: your email address.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not build a profile on you.

How form submissions reach us

Forms on this site are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form relay, which forwards the submission to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in transit. We do not maintain a customer database on this website — there is no account to create and no login.

Payments

If and when apparel is sold here, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted pages. Card numbers are never entered on kmodynasty.comand never reach our servers. Stripe’s handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy.

What we use it for

To quote your job, schedule your service, and reply to you. If you join the apparel list, to tell you when a drop goes live. That is the entire list of uses.

How long we keep it

Quote requests live in our email inbox and in our service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email kingtreykmo@gmail.com or call 813-516-1521 to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Drop-list emails include an unsubscribe option.

Text messages

If you text our number, we receive your message and phone number through your carrier. We use it to respond to you about your job. We do not add texters to a marketing list.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top changes with it.
